Fitness Center Discounts
Here is an overview of the fitness centers that have chosen to offer corporate rate memberships to all State and Local Choice employees.
Corporate rates are discounted monthly dues or discounted enrollment fees offered by the fitness centers. Each fitness center establishes its own terms of membership and discount offered.
You are responsible for understanding those terms of the contract. This includes understanding the length of the contract, the method of payment, and the hours of operation.
Some fitness centers may require proof of State or Local Choice enrollment before allowing a corporate discount.
