Overview

CommonHealth is the employee wellness program for The Local Choice. Since 1986 The Local Choice has offered CommonHealth to promote wellness in the workplace. Yearly programs cover a variety of health and wellness subjects and are presented in a variety of formats - including onsite programs and video presentations – that make it easy to participate. Not only are the programs educational and fun, they help you stay fit and healthy.

CommonHealth offers these additional wellness programs:

  • On site health checks every two years
  • Future Moms- prenatal program 1-800-828-5891
  • Tobacco cessation program including free patches and gum to help you quit. Quit for Life 1-866-Quit 4 Life (1-866-784-8454)
  • Weekly Wellness Emails
  • The quarterly Compass newsletter
