Monday Moves is a brief, interactive stretch and move session designed for workplace environments. Each session provides instruction through a progression of stretches and strength moves designed to hit most parts of the body to help minimize stiffness and pain from sedentary or repetitive work. Sessions end with a breathing exercise or meditation to help decrease stress. Participants receive a handout designed to help them recall the moves in the progression, so the moves can be continued throughout the week. Sessions are live and not recorded.
